　　The JG31 series closed single point press is a special press developed by our company (formerly Shanghai Second Forging Machine Tool Factory) according to market demand. It has been mass-produced and is suitable for high-speed punching, cutting, bending, shallow stretching, and other medium-sized mold processes for special medium and wide surface materials.

The welded structure of the fuselage steel plate has good rigidity and is subjected to annealing or vibration aging to remove stress, resulting in minimal deformation; The closed structure eliminates the angular deformation phenomenon of open press machines, greatly improving the machining accuracy of stamping parts and the service life of molds.

　　2. The crankshaft is placed longitudinally, with a short pivot distance, compact structure, and reasonable layout; The transmission gear operates immersed in oil, with low noise and minimal wear.

　　3. Shanghai "Dingjie" brand clutch or Italian "OMPI" brand clutch; And provide wet clutches according to the special needs of users.

　　4. Adopting imported pneumatic pump, with good stability and sensitive action response; External fuel tank, easy to maintain.

　　5. Sliding block guide rail eight sided guidance, long guide rail, high precision of machine tool operation.

　　6. The lubrication system adopts imported electric grease pump for automatic fixed-point lubrication, and is equipped with a progressive distributor. The oil supply time and amount are controlled by the PLC system, and the oil circuit blockage is automatically alarmed and indicated.

　　7. Electric adjustment of mold height, easy to use, equipped with digital mold height indicator, display accuracy+0.1mm.

　　8. Configure a pneumatic balance cylinder to balance the weight of the slider and upper mold, ensuring smooth operation of the press.

　　9. The electrical system is controlled by the French "Schneider" brand or the Japanese "Izumi" programmable logic controller (PLC), with emergency stop, inching, single and continuous operation modes; The main electrical components are all from the French brand Schneider, with reliable performance.
