Performance Characteristics:

　　Three-sides exposure structure, convenient for operation. Various process modes for user to choose: adjustable, single time or consecutive. There are two optional molding modes: fixed pressure molding and fixed distance molding. Hydraulic, electrical and sealing components and parts are high-quality and brand-name products either made in or abroad China. The machine body can support eccentric load, with good rigidity and good-looking appearance. The design is optimized by special computer optimization design program, so that the structure is reasonable. The electrical control system uses breaker control, easy to operate. There are displacement or pressure sensors and electro-hydraulic proportional valve, able to realize NC control of press machine process parameters. It has CNC control system which is developed by our company and has functions like process parameters translation and storage.

　　This machine is especially applicable to bending, molding and flanging of center load parts. If fitted with punch buffering mechanism, it's also applicable to piercing and blanking processing. It's first choice for such industries as ship, pressure vessel and chemical industry.
