　　Performance Characteristics:

　　The main engine is equipped with CNC system for the exclusive use of bending machine.

　　Multi work steps programming function, which enables multiple programs' automatically running and continuously positioning, to realize automatic and precise adjustment of back gauge and sliding block position.

　　Adopt welding structure with plate steel, vibration to eliminate stress, with high intensity and good rigidity.

　　Top drive of hydraulic double-cylinder, mechanical stop, steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization, the operation stable and reliable, with high precision.

　　Bending count function, real-time display of processing numbers, power off memory of back gauge and sliding block position, program and parameters.

　　Back gauge can use imported ball screw and linear guideway, to ensure positioning precision of back gauge, so that the machine processing accuracy is higher.

　　Upper die is fitted with deflection compensation device.

　　Computer automatic control of back gauge (x) and sliding block distance (y).

　　Back gauge uses ball screw.

　　Realize automatic positioning of electrical back gauge, with control precision below 0.1

　　Realize automatic positioning of electrical dead stopper, with control precision below 0.01

　　Single-direction positioning, to eliminate lead screw transmission gap.

　　Automatic conceding of stopper, to avoid interference between back gauge and workpiece.

　　Quick position teaching

　　The right, left and rear of machine tool equipped with safety device, electrical cabinet has outage on door opening and there is emergency switch gear on its back and forth, with shield foot switch, to ensure operation safety during working.
